Congratulations to Mel Bayo for a new Competent Leadership award and to Barry Piatt for a new Competent Communicator award! Mel and Barry have set the pace for Silver Spring Toastmasters in 2010-2011, and I'm sure we'll see many more of these awards this year. Keep up the good work, Mel and Barry!
